Arts & Sciences: Successful arts workshop June 26^th, expected to be done quarterly. A&S officer unavailable 19^th of July & 3^rd of August for Tuesday Night workshop and 22^nd of August for scribal workshop; site change Pacifica High School and at the home of Baroness Morgana and Baron Alexander.

Chatelaine: Absent. Report emailed to seneschal

Constable: Absent. No Report

Exchequer: Begin $7145.30 End $7996.63 down $56.00 from last year

A deposit was entered twice for Black Oak Lodge. Event recorded a loss <158.27>

Herald: Any submissions need to be in to local herald by 15^th of the month. Herald’s tabard is lost. Umberto volunteered to make a new the new one.

Lists: Nothing to report. Mistress Tomasina will need help for Pirate Tourney she will ask Isles or kingdom lists.

Marshal: Good attendance at weekly Sunday practices for both heavy weapons and rapier. Last Sunday saw 7 suited in heavy while rapier when to war practice.

Quartermaster: Need to set up time for loading for Pirate will discuss with event steward

Seneschal: Quarterly report sent to kingdom. All dates for 2011 in and accepted.

Webwright: Contacted by Etiane willing to help with website

Youth Officer: Stepping down as of Pirate tourney. Will need help at Pirate.

A&S/Textiles: see above

Brewers Guild: Meeting at Albra’s will be going to Island Brewing 4^th of July

Cooking guild: On hiatus

Herbal Guild: No meeting in June next meeting on 5^th of July

Woodworking Guild: Set up appointment

Old Business:

BOL bids: Only one bid in for Black Oak Lodge “Persian Paradise” by Lariij will accept bids until August will vote at August meeting.

New business:

CP Prize: Any donations please get to Rhieiwen by 8^th of July so she can take to event

Herald’s tababrd: Lost Umberto volunteered to make a new one

Alexander stepping down as Western Provost Eogan stepping up

Upcoming events:

Darach Pirate Tourney: 31^st of July 2010 Still waiting on verification of insurance. seneschal will contact kingdom. No puncturing the turf! There will be a shire potluck, contact THL Catherine.

Yule: 18^th of December 2010 Ojai Women’s Club
